Controller for Bra Liv's Management Team

Do you want to help develop Bra Liv's health centers so that we can continue to deliver one of the country's best primary care services? We are currently looking for an engaged and trust-building controller with a strong focus on operations.

The Role of Controller

You will work in a team with the Finance Director and three other controllers. Together with your colleagues, you will support the operations in matters concerning financial and operational development. You will be responsible for approximately 10 health centers, but you will also work on tasks related to the entire organization.

Your duties include preparing budgets and forecasts for each health center in close collaboration with operation managers. You will also conduct monthly and quarterly follow-ups and analyses of both finances and operations. You will have access to several different systems to help generate operational statistics, among other things.

Other duties include proactively working with health centers to achieve the highest possible goal fulfillment, as well as proposing and supporting the implementation of improved working methods and routines together with the other controllers. You will also be involved in the organization's overarching focus groups.

The work is carried out in close collaboration with operation managers, management, HR partners, and others.

The controller position is part of Bra Liv's management team, and the workplace is in Jönköping.

Your Profile

You have strong communication skills and can explain complex relationships in a pedagogical manner. Furthermore, you have the ability to see the big picture while maintaining focus on the right details. You have structured working methods that focus on results and follow up on these continuously. You are self-reliant in your work style and a true problem solver. Additionally, you fit in well and create effective and good working relationships, with the ability to coach as well as set demands. You are stimulated by driving improvement work.

You should have a university degree in economics. We place great emphasis on personal suitability, and it is an advantage if you have experience working in a consultative role in close collaboration with operation managers.

You express yourself well both verbally and in writing and can summarize and convey information in a simple and clear way. You have good knowledge of the Office package, particularly Excel.

You will regularly visit the health centers spread across Jönköping County and therefore need a driver's license.
